Service Description
We will get your puppy looking soft, clean, and fluffy (depending on the breed) and give your puppy a positive grooming experience. Your puppy will have a little time to play and some water, snacks, and treats. We gently massage your puppy and play music to help them relax during their groom. The price will be higher if you want a full-body scissor cut or if there is excessive matting in their fur. We may also charge a $15 puppy fee if there is a significant time loss due to behavior.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please call us within 24 hours. Please be courteous and respect our time and our livelihood. We only groom one dog at a time for longer sessions, so last-minute cancellations can really have a negative impact on our business. If you cancel once within 24 hours, the next time you will need to pre-pay in advance online. We will charge a $20 cancellation fee if it happens again.
